I will say that is a very impressive list in support of Nick as possible next Bachelor AAL.

I agree. I think he has a chance and that he was the main event of ATFR and even his family in the audience? We got to see his family twice now and then a third time in the audience and CH even pointed to Nick and motioned for him to go hug his family and the camera panned to it. We have never seen Ben H's family on TV. No HTD for Ben is what makes me wonder if that was something they nixed b/c of Nick being a potential lead instead?

Elan was one of those producers for ATFR. He also favorited that tweet about being #TeamNick. Safe to say, I don't think Elan cares for Shawn at all.

Nick and Elan are a similar breed.

At the end is the hashtag #TeamNick and the best part is the end when the anchor of the show says, "It was Oprah Winfrey who said 'I don't want anybody who doesn't want me'" in relation to why Nick is better off and should be next bachelor.

Amen, Oprah Winfrey...

And I think it is perfect that Nick is going on shows that are more serious and not comedy night shows.
TPTB and ABC know what they are doing.

I have been a lurker all season long and if not for this forum I would NOT have had any interest in watching this season at all. Random thoughts now that it has ended:

1) Kaitlyn being the Bachelorette - I really didn't have any strong like/dislike on having her but her actions through-out the show and SM just left a bitter taste in my mouth. Sure, she is this epitome of a perky, modern/liberated woman, unafraid to do what she wants, and strong enough to stand-up to harsh criticism. But the crass, crude, immature and later on vindictive behavior just negated any positive thoughts about her. Would you really want your daughter, sister, friend to emulate her??

2) It's a NICK SHOW! The entire season, even the after-show is all or mostly about Nick--Pre-FS sex with Nick, Nick against the guys, Nick against Shawn, Nick the F2, Pre-show with Nick, ATFR mostly with Nick, Post-show interviews with Nick. How would the entire season have turned-out if not for Nick???

3) Can't help being on the NICK Train - Nick sometimes just come out being creepy on TV with his geeky get-up and mumbling. But on all other media, he is this friendly, outgoing, articulate, witty and seemingly smart person with a stable job, strong family support and good amount of friends. There are a lot of hat3rs on IG and twitter, but on mainstream media he always comes out as a classy, respectable guy. So many blogs, interviews and write-up come out as #teamnick.
Though I think, there's no one interesting enough in the running for the Bachelor, I am just hoping he does not get it. Be a model, a co-host, what-ever else, but please be done with this franchise.

4) Boggling! - Granted, Kaitlyn is this immature person, but why the mean treatment of Nick? There are so many ways to go about it, instead she rolls her eyes in the ATFR, she did not say anything gracious enough just to end it on a good note, and then continues to ridicule him in the media. Why oh Why??

5) Mystery Nick/Whitney date? Since Whitney obviously knew the story, what is that hangin-out with Nick all about? Was she a secret messenger between the two? All speculation, of course from my over-active imagination.

I love the GMA interview with Nick. So funny and real and self deprecating. IMO Nick would be great as the next Bachelor. He is such a multi faceted person and truly be looking for "the one." His season would be a "refreshing" change!! #teamnick

He was Awesome! YES, he is thinking about taking the gig if offered. Scared! No wonder SB was all like YES Ben H....I think he and KB must have sensed the trot out for Nick at AFTR show. (He had more time than KB)
SB and KB were pretty vocal about Ben H on GMA as well.
They would certainly not like the conversations all season to be about how KB treated him.
Would this not be hysterical....
But then the twist...SB and KB break-up and KB shows up in the middle of his season. Ummm, no not really.
