He sure is, and if he is on BIP then I will be excited. In that picture, he reminds me of Kyle Chandler.

Dylan is one if my favorites. Maybe he'll meet a nice girl who will teach him about hair product.

Yes, I actually don't want him for Andi, but to find a really sweetheart of a woman who will appreciate what a fine human he is besides how fine he looks.

I agree and I won't shoot you. Hopefully, he has received his own fair share of grief counseling.

He appears to me to be able to process and talk about his feelings in what I see as a healthy way.  I would say he has had some counseling. I think Ron getting the call in this past episode brought back some feelings around receiving the call about his brother. To his credit, Chris was there to listen and comfort. I truly hope for everyone's sake the show's therapist/staff have been available to all the cast/crew for help to discuss their feelings about Eric.

I really like him and I really don't like the idea of him being on BIP. He needs to find a nice gal outside of this franchise that is good to him and appreciates him.
