I have been to a few games vs Canadian teams, mostly recently when the Kings played Edmonton, & I sang along. I don't know it by heart but once it starts the words come to mind.

I loved that but doubt the U.S. fans would know Oh Canada.

I am in California and an avid hockey fan for 20+ years. I could most definititely sing Oh Canada, not so sure about many of our other local fans. I have always loved Canada's national anthem too and the passion with which Canadian's sing it during their games.
