Maybe a body suit of some sort, or like someone posted up thread, spanx. It's not a skort.

If she's anything like me, I wear a version of my volleyball spandex with every skirt. Keeps from having any wardrobe malfunctions.

YES. I wear spandex with dresses I wear.. never know how windy it'll be

Whitney's insect legs kind of freak me out. The woman needs to eat a few cheeseburgers. Per day.

You know you're old when you wear Catholic nun black tights with dresses in this freakin cold weather. But hey, they look cute with Aldo boots.

I think Whitney has a great body. Her legs didn't look skinny to me, I'll have to pay attention.

And I don't think you  can see underwear the skirt is sort of "transparent" another reason to wear the slip/short undergarment. Kohl's calls them Skimmies they are made by Jockey.
