My first reaction to reading this was that he doesnt want to talk about what happened because he never loved her or  he lied to her. Since he knows she wont do interviews with him, he conveniently does not have to lie about it .  

I may be a cynic, but that was my impression as well. CH totally has his number, you can tell every time he talks to CS. He probably knows their relationship fizzled as soon as the cameras were turned off and the ATFR and DWTS stuff was all for show. That's why he asked the "how soon" question, he loves watching CS squirm.

I haven't watched. What was CH referring to when he said "how soon"?

I don't think he would want her by his side to discuss it.

I think CH knew there was no love between CS and Whit and even Us Weekly and People Mag made a huge deal about CS being in love with his F2 and how hard to face her on ATFR.

CH even made a big deal on Access Hollywood that CS hugged Becca for 4 seconds too long.

Then CH talked out the other side of his mouth after CS & Whit split saying he never saw it coming.

Sounds like he got some pr advice- I imagine there is a snowball's chance in h&$l that she would ever sit with him for such an interview. I prefer to read between the lines of her IG quotes. You can color me surprised if she ever speaks publicly about what happened. All IMO

I do believe they are entitled to their privacy about the relationship and the break up.....or maybe the whole thing was staged, and was a sham from day one. Who knows? Time to let this go. JMHO.

I think the only thing that is going on is he realized or was told, after his last interview how insulting he was.

I dont think Chris is entitled to his privacy about the relationship when he continues to choose to appear on tv.   If he really wants privacy, he can stay off of tv and refuse to do print or radio interviews.   Choices have consequences.  If he wants to be in front of a microphone, when his claim to fame is being on this show, then he's going to be asked about his engagement. I'm sure we have not heard the last of him.
