Since Nick's part of the season, I'm not surprised he's keeping quiet, much like he did for his first go-round.  
I wonder if it's part of the contract, actually??
Either way, if he posts, then he's fair game for 'hard time' counter comments from the other contestants...

I'm confused... are yall saying the pictures he took with the photographer are trying to mock the guys doing the sumo dates??
I don't think there's anything out of the ordinary compared to his behavior last year... JMHO he did a photoshoot with the same photographer last time..my guess is he did it to give the photographer some visibility since N is back in the public eye...

I think she's refering to the Upper West Side.  At least thats how I took it, since it's fully spelled out earlier in the sentence, she just abbreviated it the second time.  But, please correct me if I'm wrong, Kimberlyg.

Yep, this is right.  Just didn't want to write it out twice, and I also sometimes forget that most people aren't familiar with Manhattan/NYC acronyms.  Oops on my part.

But yes, it's an area of Manhattan.  Both Boat Basin Cafe (where Nick/Sharleen/Andy were last weekend), and the pictures from the winter were taken in that area.  The Natural History Museum (where Sharleen took Andi based on older Twitter/Instagram pics) is also up there.  The Bronx is a borough that is north of Manhattan -- and the Bronx isn't particularly nice and the Yankees weren't playing, so the only reason that a Kaitlyn picture would be goetagged there is if her location software actually confused it with somewhere in Upper Manhattan, and potentially the Upper West Side.
