UPDATED October 26, 2016: No, the concept of marrying a perfect stranger in hopes that he or she is The One has not outlived itself, and we will indeed see the fifth season of Married at First Sight on FYI. The network’s top-rated show’s renewal was confirmed by the network, and, additionally, a spinoff series of the hit program was announced last month. The spinoff, Married at First Sight: Second Chances will feature David Norton and Vanessa Nelson from season 3 as they give their search for love another try. Enjoy the season 3 finale, which is yet to come on October 25, 2016 and a reunion special that is set to broadcast on November 1, 2016. Stay tuned, and we’ll e-mail you the release date info as soon as it is revealed.

I never heard of Lifetime. I did some checking and it's a new Canadian station. I'll have to see if it's on my cable guide. I tried to see if I can watch the old ones online but I don't see it listed.

I did find a listing for various areas for Canadians. Shaw Rogers Cogeco Bell etc.

Married at First Sight will first air a matchmaking special at 8PM ET/PT, followed by the Season 5 premiere -- Episodes 1 and 2 -- from 9-11:30PM ET/PT on Lifetime. The first four editions of the series aired on Lifetime's sister network, FYI.

In addition, the show's new spinoff, Married at First Sight: Second Chances, will premiere one week later on Thursday, April 27 at 10:15PM ET/PT, directly after the original series' third episode. The first Second Chances broadcast will be one hour and 45 minutes long.

Married at First Sight's fifth season will be comprised of 17 episodes, while its Second Chances spinoff will air over the course of 12 episodes.
