I am wondering if there will be 4 HTD's in Texas.....maybe it's more important to her/her family that the guys get along with the family....maybe that will make a more important factor to her. Then factor in the sister's pregnancy.....also, maybe they are travelling great distances to the FD/LCD locales for example Australia or the Maldives

@Aunties_Love There will be regular hometown date for the guys, I believe just the final 2 will go to Texas as the sister cant travel.

One of the things very important when they went to New Zealand was time factor. They x'ed out several weeks of filming there as they did not want a hop, skip, jump trip. The time factor and jet lag being involved. I got this from production social media discussion at that time.
So--I kind of doubt they would be flying to Australia for a simple 5 days. JMO and maybe things are different now.

Won't there be more than 5 days if there are 3 fd's and then the lcd/finale?? Maybe I wasn't clear in my previous post....Maybe the 4 guys go to texas, they have activities before going to see the famiy, then they travel to a distant locale for fd's, lcd's/finale

There will the 4 hometown dates for the boys, then RC = 3, then the FDS with 3, then RC = 2 and then the MTP and only 2 will go to Texas to visit with Rachel family.

I am guessing that more clues will be shared next week or the following as those dates get closer.

Mills said the guys will meet Rachel's family "earlier" this season. This suggests to me that the MTP, whatever format it takes, will happen before the typical last week of the season. IMO, it will happen when they get back to the U.S. before heading on to the final destination. I have no ideas on how the guys htd's will be filmed.

@julychild He said it will be different.  Let me guess how different.  In the last couple of season the family of the lead always travel to meet the guys, this time the family wont be travelling, they are doing it home in Dallas because the sister is pregnant.  It will be the same format only we do not know where the FRC will be held. IMHO

This is they way I understand the situation.
Last time for Jason they had weeks to be there--FD/MTP and LCD FRC. They were there for a longer period of time due to the travel and catching up with jet lag. This I know. I had privy to production social media communications--this was prior to the days they knew to keep things private. So I know they stretched things out and got to enjoy.
This season, unless I am reading tea leaves wrong, it sounds like due to the MTPs being Dallas based, there will be FD where ever. Then the MTP back in Dallas and then LCD/FRC. I can not possibly see production jumping back and forth from the deep southern hemisphere. Who knows. I have been wrong many times. Just seems difficult.
I believe the HTD will be just like are every season. After this next episode, they will come back and do HTD in the USA with the number of guys remaining. Go to FD. Then go to Dallas for the final 2 MTP and then off to LCD/FRC. That's how I see it.

@Kashathediva that is how I read it too.

Juan Pablo went to New Zealand as well. It was just for week 6 so I don't think they nix that location due to only having a week or so. The flying back to dallas for the MTP of FRC wouldn't really be unusual or different imo. It's what was done for Chris Soules season.

Well i'm thinking after Rachel visits the 4 hometowns there'll be the usual RC (4 to 3) and then the 3 guys will head to Dallas to meet her family before heading to where ever for FD and FRC

@ChazSA Why would they bring 3 men to meet the family?
