It's very telling that many of us are looking hard at any and every one for lead other than the recent crop of guys. #anyonebutpeter except please no recycling of Ben H.

TPTB have a potential problem on their hands IMO.
They have a following for PETiocre and they have a following for anyone BUTPETicocre.
Not a great way to start a season.
IMO Bach nation is not coming out strong for PETiocre.
I guess there is time for that to change.

I truly think it will be either Peter or Dean. jmo

Isn't that how it was with Nick too? Either you loved him or you hated him?

Nick had a big Bach Nation following from what I remember.

Dean is too busy tasting all the lollipops to settle for only one flavor, imo. Proverbial kid in the candy store...

Nick was very divisive imo. I'm still annoyed he was chosen.

I don't see so many anti-Peter people on SM so I doubt that would stop them.

I like Kenny but you don't see him anywhere. Eric's a possibility I guess.

There were quite a few responses to MF about not having Peter as the next bachelor the last time I looked at his twitter.

As far as Nick's season, Luke and Chase were the "highly favoured". Their names were tossed around ever since Luke was eliminated at F4 up until the announcement on the BIP aftershow that it wasn't Luke or Chase after all. I'm pretty sure there weren't a ton of SM requests for Nick to be TB.

I think this time around, I'm not so sure they want Peter, unless he guarantee's a proposal.

I wonder if Chase is being considered, since apparently they asked him as well the last time around.

Yuck. Chase is only slightly better than Robby in my eyes.

I don't see why anyone would guarantee a proposal. Brad didn't and they even had him back. Chris Soules did and look how well that went.

Chase has been rumored to be filming with the next season of Vanderpump Rules.  Not sure if he actually will or not, but he seems to stay pretty busy with Leisureletics and Left side lion.  

I'm not a big fan of either of them individually anymore, but together as duel bachelors RoSe would be my number one choice.  All day, everyday and twice on Sunday. Their silliness, shenanigans and humor would make for a really entertaining, snarky, funny season, IMO.

-Eric has been campaigning for he gig since before the season was even close to being done. And I know alot of people are for it but IDK if I want a whole season of motivational speeches, which is what 95% of his conversations will be IMO.
-Dean is trying to be subtle about it (campaigning)but he has a slew of bach nation people doing the work for him. He's cute and all but meh. I don't think he's ready. Maybe in two seasons?
-Peter, call me biased (and maybe I am, those thirst traps are working on me ), but for the guy everyone says is after the gig, he is acting the least this way. Maybe that's his strategy? to appear indifferent to it all but work behind the scenes to get it?
