Living it the first time was so hard, but reliving it tonight was something else.
After a very long and incredible journey, I found myself standing at the end with a full heart and excited at the prospect of a happy future with Nick.

I believe everything happens for a reason, and by this point I truly believed I was meant to come here and meant to meet Nick. From the very beginning we connected on so many levels, some you saw, and some you unfortunately didn’t. I was in disbelief and thought surely this was the reason I hadn’t met anyone in a long time.
But that is not the case.
Unfortunately it is not my time.
I gave it my all and was always true to myself, honest and risked it for the biscuit. I wore my heart on my sleeve and I’m proud of myself for putting myself out there. Whilst this is not my happy ending, I made the most beautiful friends, and I am so grateful to have had Soph there with me at the end. She is truly my rock.

I’m leaving with a heavy heart, but I’d like to say to all the girls that I shared this adventure with, thank you for the journey, the laughs and the memories, they will last a lifetime.

To all the crew, soundies, cameramen, make up artists, stylists, production, runners, photographers, Osher, all the behind the scenes, you beautiful souls. I saw some of your hearts break when mine did, you know who you are, thank you for treating me so well always, and always making me laugh when I needed it. You made this whole experience that much greater.
My family have been my rocks and really helped me through this. It’s been so hard to keep this to ourselves and deal with it on our own.
Everyone that ever supported me on this crazy rollercoaster, thank you from the bottom of my broken heart.
I love love and I have to believe this is just setting me on the path I’m supposed to be on.
You can be sure I’ll keep on searching.

there is 5 months with occasional hookups and there are 5 months with exclusive partnership and multiple regular seeing each other.

It means nothing if the guy met her once after a couple of weeks away trekking. I would think it was a serious relationship if I recall Nick's brother so uneasy attitude when the prods forced the chat with cass...

It's not about the relationship or how serious it was or wasn't. It's about Cass saying Britt is her bestie and yet lying to her for months. Not exactly a great foundation for trust in friendship.

They both seem fine with each other post-show so que sera sera. jmo

Yep, I'm serious (credit to Bobette for the source, discussing in media thread here).

Look, I get it is tv and whatever but from a friendship point of view Cass keeping the truth from Britt when Britt had asked her long before and her having to find out from someone other than her "bestie" Cass is not cool in the friendship book.

But hey, maybe Cass was promised a good exit by producers as she is already an actress who knows how this works (doesn't mean she was faking feelings but it definitely benefited her to play the victim of lying and hiding truth imo). I think if anyone was naive and got played by producers it was Britt.

Britt is quite the malipulator imo, she is always asking Cass and Sophie to open up to her when it comes to nick, it rubbed me the wrong way how she went straight to Sophie tonight and asked for details her amo being "im your friend, what happend, whats wrong". She is an insecure woman. She was betrayed and said she did not have anyone for a long time. This environment pushed her boundaries and she idealized the lead, like all the girls he has dates with. 2 full months seeing, talking about the same guy, probably make things tenfold worse.

I also notice the “what happened, tell me” with the cameraman next to impossible to ignore! She did it multiple times. Under her sarcasm, I see a mean jealous insecure girl. As you say, no freaking way she would handle nick traveling all over aus!

Also, listening carefully nick response to her, it was forced, as pushed to the corner to tell her he liked her. But when he said deep conversation are what makes a relationship stronger, I immediately thought they had very little time to really chat and know each other. She was the aggressor during the one on one, dressed to kill and seduce, sexy club/bar outfit, jump on him to kiss him.

Well done Brit! You are a marvelous actress. Your paying courses were not for nothing! She definitely reminded me of Romy too!

This year the premiere arie weeks later than past seasons. If Nick is single and no longer with F1 or didn't pick anyone, then it would make sense to me that Ten would be fine having Nick not around for finale week and the media trail would be dumped-F1 or the final women after the finale.

This actually makes sense if nick and f1 are no longer together....i can see them doing the whole #womensupportingwomen and considering how close these final girls are

Maybe nick and f1 will do an interview before he leaves and they will just show that or publish that interview while he is away?

I suspect if Nick is single and he dumped F1 then we'll see the F1 doing media the way Sam Frost did and be on The Project, etc.

Unless I missed it, it's very telling that Ten has not refuted Daily Mail's claims or any rumors of Nick having broken up with his F1
