Movie Mania - Discussion

Larry Crowne was a very cute movie. Everyone was talking about how much they liked it as they were walking out. I had to text a friend of mine right afterwards about how good it was since she did not go along due to the bad ratings the movie had received.

I usually like scary movies, but Insidious was beyond scary imo!!! I jumped and screamed at least once.

I can't wait to watch the next Twilight movie in November!

Saw Harry Potter Deathly Hallows 2! AWESome movie! Just don't see it in 3-D as there wasn't a lot of 3-d in it. :giggle:

Thanks for the recommendation on skipping the 3-D. We've been debating that point. Can't wait to watch it at the theater! We're rewatching some of the older ones still.

I am going to see that Stupid Crazy Love movie tomorrow. (I think it's out right? )

I loved Harry Potter SO much.

So went to the cowboys and aliens movie. Don't know what I was thinking that it would be campy, kind of funny. Those aliens were so creepy. My mother jumped so many times and grabbed my arm. One time she scratched my chin. The best part of the movie for me was all the shots of daniel craig from behind.

I recently saw " Midnight in Paris"...what a lovely little movie. Owen Wilson was soooooo great in it.

Just got back home after watching Final Destination 5 in 3D. It really wasn't too bad.

I wouldn't say it was scary, but there were more tense and gory scenes than in the previous four movies. The character development was much better in this one than in 3 and 4. All the characters had a fair amount of screen time before their deaths. I thought the ending was pretty good, too.
