You wouldn't need a full crew for filming a single date. It's like when you see them filming those quick little interviews for their intro packages, it's just a handful of people at most.
If they're doing it, they can afford it and it must be the cheaper option... Ten are not well off financially. They can't even fund Neighbours without backing.

Option 7 - Couple guys from reality TV that had signed contracts but were dropped. No names revealed.
Still potentially 2 (maybe 4?) Bach's this year in one season. Kinda like Love Island / MAFS / BIP.
If DM are correct, it appears SD was wrong as this guy doesn't fit any of the options on this list. He's 35 and from NSW.
If she's right about the potential for multiple Leads then Todd's still in the running IMO, considering he's gone dark on SM.
Also, having seen Thomas' pics, I am reviving my previous theory about them having one gay/bi and one straight Lead.

Right on schedule here we have Angie Kent getting her knickers in a bunch about the choice of leads, despite no confirmation that these guys are exclusively heterosexual.
Any of them could be bi or gender fluid and we haven't seen any photos of Jed on dates (which strikes me as suspicious) so it's presumptuous to assume he'll be only dating girls IMO.
But hey Angie don't let that stop you, just go right ahead and shoot your mouth off, claiming to speak for the queer community despite still not having been with a woman.

Had half a listen to SD on the drive home tonight - needed something mindless to listen to after the day I've had and she spilled a few things, though nothing major.
Apparently first dates were filmed all last week, and all over Aus - though majority were Gold Coast and Sydney (wonder if Jed's were Sydney and thus no pap pics) but some were around the country.
Someone filmed a first date with a a 4th Bach in Perth, but he either was pulled (lack of TV chemistry) or pulled out at the 11th hour.
First dates only lasted about 20 minutes and Jed, Thomas and Felix would film 3-4 a day, including travelling.
Guys will apparently have 6-8 Bachelorettes each - which only makes 24, so not sure how this accounts to CH10 saying they'll have the most Bachelorettes ever.
Intruders are likely.

SD's source didn't drop any hints that it was Todd and he wasn't alluded too, but

From what I can gather, does SD even seem aware of Todd? I only listened to her a small bit during MAFS as it was clear she was getting early access to episodes. Only from what I can tell from the stuff about her posted here, she doesn't seem terribly aware of him or seem to be following him much. Was she into the Bachelor back when Ali's season was on?
