It looks like the filming schedule is the same as the one posted upthread from Andi's season.

Per RS they stayed at while in New York:

So they're no longer going out of state? Hmm, weird. Maybe their budget has gone down.. or that because they payed both Britt and Kaitlyn htis season there was no money left to fly oversees.

I have an inkling that they will be in Edmonton or Vancouver before HTD's.

Selfishly, I like it when they travel the world so I can go vicariously, but it makes more financial sense to stay in the US, at least up to FDs. Plus, it helps the economy in the cities they visit, so I'm glad they are keeping their $$ at home. For Kaitlyn's season, filming in Canada is a necessity, I would think. It boggles the mind to think of the number of crew they take along. *cha-ching, cha-ching*
