$150,000 can't buy you taste it seems. I find that ring hideous. A billion separate stones in every possible formation does not aesthetically pleasing make. What happened to a classy diamond solitaire?

Well there is a shoe for each foot and a ring for each finger… As long as they are happy, it doesn't need to be the ring anyone else would choose or wear I guess!

Wow! The most expensive ring in franchise history. Maybe it was a consolation gift for the lovely editing of her season .

It seems the price of the ring gets more and more expensive each season. I don't know how true those prices really are.

Personally, I'm not a fan of either ring the F2 guys chose.

While this might not be my taste, I think it is Neil Lane's signature.  Here are Des's and Kaitlyn's rings…..very similar.     Even Shawn said today it was eeny meeny -- IMO the rings may not be the design they would have chosen but it is what they had to chose from.

e! Reported the ring to be 70k and 3.5 karats, one of the biggest in history. That seems accurate to me.

I think that both rings were hideous too, but I don't know much about jewelry.

I love Des' ring. I am not a fan of halo's, so I probably would have liked both better without. I find both rings pretty.

I like them both also. I love the intertwined bands. I'd be terrified to wear them though. You need good insurance. I also like Peyton Lambton's much simpler David Yurman ring that Chris bought her. Now that one I'd wear.

Going back to the convo about K/S promoting Ben for bach...I just have to laugh. They are being so loud about it that tptb might put Nick in just to keep stirring the pot.
