Bachelor Australia Season 6 - Nick Cummins - Episodes - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I feel like Sophie's entrance was definitely clouded by Cass drama. Britt was the only one with the magical music. I don't think producers are caring about how obvious they're making it to the sleuthers. Especially since the "Cass knew him prior to the show" drama has fed the media enough outrage to cloud any possible winner.

First of all...thank you for the link. It is fabulous!!!

Second of all...that season preview looks absolutely terrific. Nick doing ballet....dying.

It's going to take me a bit to get all the girls straight. I have been following here and know the names of the F4, but I have yet to put the names to the faces. Either way, I will just give you my impressions as we go along.

So I watched again and I swear cass and Britt were tied to the hip! Even Sophie those 3 girls look very close almost inseparable

OMG...The intro with Nick. And Osher is great. I wish the American version would cast someone with Nick's personality and great sense of humour. I laughed more in that short intro than I did all of Arie's season. It is sweet just how nervous he is.

Shannon...she seemed nice and I liked her dress. They seem to have a similar sense of humour and he liked her. It was nice how he tried to calm her down. He seems like a very nice man.

Brook..."I've got a pair of balls"...I was just waiting for him to come back with..."And so do I"! She is adorable. She reminds me of Catherine Lowe. He really liked her too. I think he is going to be in trouble because seems so nice and won't want to hurt anyone.

Brittany...She is lovely and seems to have a more straight man type of humour. I also like that she is age appropriate. Loved her dress. Did we know that they were from the same place during sleuthing? He really liked her too! He did that little sigh after she walked away and signed for her to call him.

Cayle...an energy healer? Just from that I suspect she will annoy me. OMG. I had literally stopped the video at that point to come and write her name and the bit about an energy healer and when I went back to play, she would not shut up. Rambling at a hundred miles a minute. Girl take a deep breath and relax. That is a big no from me and from Nick.

Cat...shades of Matty's Laura with the fashion and jewelry design. She is a bit full of herself. No I don't think he loved you and I don't either, but I did like her dress. Would that be one of her designs?

Tennille...She was kind of glossed over in her intro. Very quick. I don't see anything there.

Renee...didn't learn anything other than it was her birthday. A no from both Nick and me.

Another Caila...the flight attendant. Also in the montage. Double no again.

Missed the name of the girl who made him make a magic wish, so I think she is out of there ASAP.

Sophie...that was some odd music for her limo exit...and I usually don't notice or pay attention to that. I didn't really get that he was all that into her. Maybe it will develop.

Cass....I think they had a fling. He didn't go after her so while he may like her and kept her for drama or because he was comfortable having her around, he is just not that into her. She on the other hand is into him. Those sneaky producers.

Emily, Ashley, Kristina, Suesy, Autumn, Ronnie, Ursula, Julianna, Riannan, Blair, Alysha, Alexandra...all part of the parade pack. I'm assuming not much there since they were all sort of rushed through. I do wish they wouldn't do that. It kind of annoys me that these women came here and aren't really even given a proper sort of intro...even if they only last one night. Not to mention, it kind of gives away that they don't really play much of a role during the season...as if I couldn't have figured that out all on my own.

Dasha...and her porn music and her porn moves. Poor guy. While he thought she was sexy, I didn't get the impression that that was his type.

Vanessa Sunshine...kind of sucked the sunshine out of the room, never mind the life out of the party! Is that her real name? because she most certainly doesn't live up to it. Bit of a snot and will probably stick around, if only to cause drama. She is definitely not there to make friends! I don't think she is his type despite thinking she is beautiful. I can't see him putting up with someone who is so full of herself.

The drama starts right out of the gate with Ms. Sunshine and then Cass and dropping the bomb of knowing him before. Do these women really think that knowing him is an advantage? Because I don't. If he had wanted her, he would have made his move.

Britt seems to handle the drama pretty well. I think I am going to like her...and then there is the one who only came to meet Osher. Hmmm....

Overall, I have to say that they got Nick a gorgeous bunch of women with a wide variety of professions and interests. Probably the most beautiful group I have seen on the show. No wonder the guy is a bit overwhelmed.

Britt...saying Nick's hair makes him look like a cauliflower....

Already more drama...Cat and Sophie both dated the same guy? This is like six degrees of separation...except with two.

Cat gets ticked off because before she can confront Sophie, Nick steals Sophie away. They have a nice conversation. Me thinks Sophie knows quite well how to get her man. Not as obviously manipulative as say our not ray of Sunshine, but still. I don't know what it is about her, but not a fan so far. (Something just feels a bit off about her. I should have been following the sleuthing more closely. I was just curious as to who were the contenders and wasn't paying much attention to the rest of it. Do we like her?)

Nick admits Sophie has an outside chance to come and take it at the end. That confirms my initial impression...he wasn't as into her as some of the others.

Finally the confrontation between Cat and Sophie. Sophie does a fair job of deflecting, but while I don't agree with how Cat went about it, I do think she is right and Sophie is lying. Interesting. Did we know about this during sleuthing?

It's the first night and Cass is already looking desperate. She has got it bad and he is just not into her that way. This is going to be torture.

I much preferred Nick's first conversation with Brooke. That seemed more natural. Not manipulative. They kind of reminded me of Georgia and Lee with the corny jokes. The line about believing in love at first sight...to me it seemed edited. IMO it was edited to be about Brook. We never actually saw him saying it and it seemed as if there was a cut around her name and it was inserted. Too bad. I do like them together, but I get the idea she is going to be friend zoned. I wouldn't mind her as the next Bette.

Some of these women are just desperate for attention. If you want to jump in the pool to stand out from the pack, you might try doing it when he is actually paying attention.

Not surprisingly, Brooke gets the key they all want so badly. I like how he explained why he was giving her the rose. His thoughts were very similar to my own. He was a bit awkward, but that made him that much more real and endearing...very like her. I still don't see that chemistry, but I can see that he truly likes her already.

Overall, it was a good M&G, but can't wait to see things progress. I think Nick just might turn out to be one of my favourites!

As for Nick's favourites, I think I have to go with Brooke and Britt. As I said, I think Brooke is more friend than anything and it is clear that she will go far, however, IMO the fact that they showed so much of her, means she isn't F1. The opposite for Britt. He called her first at the RC, but we didn't get to hear any of their conversation. We could see them, but just couldn't hear them. These two are also my favourites.

Sophie is a distant third in my eyes.

I suspect Nick would send Cass home if he could, but the producers seem to have this storyboard all nicely planned. It will be sheer torture seeing it play out. She is easily manipulated and too OTT emotional. I am already tired of it. Should be good!
