I read Jenna's book years ago and it made me look at her in a completely different light. I don't know how true it was, but knowing her back story definitely makes you think twice about her behavior! Dr Jenn said the same about JPG and Nikki. So, IMO, she is saying that people bad behavior always has a deep cause that is not seen with the eyes. But, after she helps them dig deep and resolve that cause, you see a totally different person, a more loving person. So, it is a process, like peeling an onion to get to the root. I can't wait to see the end result of JPG and Nikki.
